Adventures with Snorkeling:

Snorkeling is a lot of fun and considerably less expensive than diving, and it can be done with children of all ages, from beginners to more experienced.

Snorkeling equipment may be rented at the majority of Red Sea Dive Center locations.

If, on the other hand, you want to spend a significant portion of your vacation time snorkeling, it is more cost-effective to carry your own equipment from home.

An Important Reminder

Coral reefs and spiky urchins may be very dangerous to bear feet if they are not properly protected.

If the water is too shallow to allow you to float above them, you must adhere to the guidelines and instructions that are provided on all trips and excursions, such as only walking underwater in designated “corridors” in order to protect the corals and your feet if the water is too shallow for you to float above them.

Regardless of how cold the water seems to be, the sun’s rays may still burn exposed skin, so always wear a T-shirt and waterproof sunscreen while in the water.
